In his Vail Dance Festival debut this summer, Battle created a dynamic new work for seven dancers that emerged as one of the season’s standout creations and served as the rousing finale to the NOW: Premieres performance on August 4, 2025.
This short film follows the creation of this joyful, exhilarating work and remarkable collaboration with one of the dance world’s finest artists.
