Abram Bissell's The Modern, overlooking MoMA's Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Sculpture Garden, holds a contemporary and seasonal menu in an airy and spacious environment. For this video, Bissell prepared for us 'the green salad' on their menu, which much to my surprise included over 30 different green vegetables!
